As part of the “Fifteenth Scientific Conference of young scientists and students with international participation «Problems of Formation the healthy way of life in young people»”, on October 7, 2022, at 12:00 p.m., a sectional meeting “Technology of meat, fish and seafood” was held.

Students took an active part in the work of the conference. Under the guidance of the teachers of the “Technology of meat, fish and seafood” department, students presented the following oral reports:

“Study of the activity of freshwater fish muscle tissue enzymes in the technology of dried fish products” (Gorbenko D.);
“Bran as a component of a healthy diet” (V. Fugol),
“Canned fish is a source of useful nutrients in the diet of the population of Ukraine” (Bilan O.);
“Fish preserves – biological value of nitrogen-containing substances” (E. Volkovynska);
“Smoked fish products – modern development trends” (Georgiev V.).

The participants of the conference willingly asked clarifying and discussion questions to the speakers.

The sectional meeting was held at a high level, the students showed awareness of scientific areas of research and enjoyed communicating on scientific topics.
