On February 11, 2021, at the Meat, Fish, and Seafood Technology Department of ONAFT there was a warm meeting with the students of the 8th grade of the Primorsky Lyceum.
They learned interesting facts about the production, recipe components of sausages. They were able to get acquainted with the equipment of the “Meat Workshop” laboratory. We received answers to the question: is it possible to fry a sausage, how long can it be stored, why are raw sausages so expensive? Also received answers to what ingredients should be part of the “perfect” sausage.
The meeting ended with a tasting of products. No vegetarians were present.
